**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Supervisor Role**:

- perations in the **Heat Treatment and Finishing Department** to ensure produOversee daily oction targets and quality standards are met.
- _Supervise a team of heat treatment and finishing technician_s, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product integrity.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing development for existing staff.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, performance, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly.

**For Apprentice Role**:

- Assist experienced technicians and supervisors in day-to-day operations of the Heat Treatment and Finishing Department.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and understanding of departmental functions.
- Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Take initiative to learn and grow within the role, seeking opportunities for skill development and advancement.

**Qualifications**:
**For Supervisor Role**:

- Diploma or B.Sc Graduate qualification in related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes, equipment, and safety standards.

**For Apprentice Role**:

- Diploma in Engg or B.Sc Graduate qualification in related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in the Heat Treatment and Finishing Department.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
