Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.Job Summary:The Finishes Lead – Civil is responsible for overseeing and managing all civil finishing activities on-site, ensuring high-quality execution in alignment with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. With 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects, the candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors to deliver superior finishes across structural and architectural elements.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Execution & Supervision:• Lead and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, façade, and other architectural finishes.• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for seamless integration of finishes.2. Quality Assurance & Control:• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.• Resolve non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.• Review and approve mock-ups and samples in coordination with consultants and clients.3. Planning & Scheduling:• Develop detailed work schedules and resource plans for finishing activities.• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.4. Team & Contractor Management:• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.• Ensure workforce productivity and compliance with safety norms.5. Documentation & Reporting:• Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and approvals.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.• Assist in billing and quantity verification for finishing works.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred).• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction with a strong focus on finishing works.• Proven track record in managing finishes in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry standards.• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
