Job Summary:

The Finishes Lead – Civil is responsible for overseeing and managing all civil finishing activities on-site, ensuring high-quality execution in alignment with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. With 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects, the candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors to deliver superior finishes across structural and architectural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Supervision:


• Lead and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, façade, and other architectural finishes.


• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.


• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for seamless integration of finishes.

2. Quality Assurance & Control:


• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.


• Resolve non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.


• Review and approve mock-ups and samples in coordination with consultants and clients.

3. Planning & Scheduling:


• Develop detailed work schedules and resource plans for finishing activities.


• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.


• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

4. Team & Contractor Management:


• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.


• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.


• Ensure workforce productivity and compliance with safety norms.

5. Documentation & Reporting:


• Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and approvals.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.


• Assist in billing and quantity verification for finishing works.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (master's preferred).


• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction with a strong focus on finishing works.


• Proven track record in managing finishes in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.


• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
