RM TEST/ FG TEST/ ON LINE CHECK/ ANALYSIS OF PROTEIN FAT MOISTURE ETC

• Inspections and Testing:
• Conducting routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Performing basic tests and measurements using standard tools (like calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check against specifications.
• Operating electronic or software-based inspection equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Accurately recording inspection and testing results.
• Reporting any defects, non-conformances, or deviations to the QC Supervisor or relevant team.
• Maintaining organized records and documentation for traceability and audits.
• Compliance and Issue Resolution:
• Removing or discarding products that fail to meet specifications.
• Assisting in the investigation and analysis of minor quality issues (e.g., helping with root cause analysis).
• Ensuring work areas and processes comply with safety and quality regulations (e.g., HACCP in food, ISO standards).
• Process Support:
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Maintaining and ensuring the calibration of testing and measuring equipment.
• Collaborating with production or manufacturing teams to address quality concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
