**Civil Site Supervisor - Construction Works**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision** - Oversee all construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, concreting, and structural work.
- **Workforce Management** - Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- **Quality Control** - Ensure construction work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- **Material & Equipment Handling** - Monitor material usage, stock levels, and ensure proper handling of construction equipment.
- **Safety & Compliance** - Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- **Progress Monitoring** - Track daily work progress, address delays, and report updates to the site engineer or project manager.
- **Problem-Solving** - Identify and resolve on-site construction issues to avoid project delays.
- **Stakeholder Coordination** - Communicate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Site Documentation** - Maintain records of work completed, material usage, and site reports.
- **Inspection & Handover** - Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and project handovers upon completion.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
