A reputed Guwahati based Ferro Alloy Manufacturing company is looking for Civil Site Supervisor for its factory in Byrnihat, Meghalaya.

The job responsibilities for an Opening of Civil Site Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure supervision of interior work & exterior at site.
- Maintain material log
- Manage the procurement of materials and labor necessary to complete the project.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
- Ensure Unloading of Materials arrived at site
- Record site observations and health and safety statistics. Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.

Educational Requirements:

- Diploma/JE in Civil Engineering

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years Supervisory experience or experience as Site Engineer in concrete and interior civil construction.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong leadership capabilities and able to motivate and direct work crews.
- Strong Safety First Attitude
