Job Title Scaffolding Supervisor Refinery Projects Location- Guwahati Assam Qualification OSHA Certifications With 2 Years Industry Oil Gas Petrochemical Key Responsibilities Certification Compliance Verify OSHA certification and submit all supporting documents to the EIC before site deputation Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards during all scaffolding operations Supervision Inspection Supervise and inspect scaffolding erection and dismantling activities Issue and manage green safe and red unsafe tags for scaffolds at site Material Inspection Inspect scaffolding materials for suitability and safety prior to use in erection Incident Handling Prepare and submit incident investigation reports in case of any scaffolding-related events Training Awareness Conduct regular training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel Maintain proper records of training programs and safety briefings Corrective Preventive Measures Recommend and implement remedial measures using available resources to ensure scaffold safety and stability Technical Review Review scaffold erection plans Identify potential hazards and assess the supporting structure and load-bearing capacities Review fall arrest systems and rescue procedures in line with OSHA and site-specific requirements Documentation Reporting Maintain records of all scaffolding jobs in the structured format provided by the EIC Ensure documentation is accurate timely and readily available for review Desired Candidate Profile Must Have OSHA Certifications Experience in specifically in Oil Gas Petrochemical Industry How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume and a cover letter to Please include Scaffolding Supervisor Application in the subject line of your email
