Finishing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the finishing works for both civil and interior projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure that project designs are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, manage workers, and provide guidance and leadership to ensure the team performs effectively.
- Organize and receive materials required for finishing works, checking them for quality and accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to the site.
- Ensure that all finishing works comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project schedules.
- Perform regular inspections of work progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving problems in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with the project manager to manage budgets and schedules, ensuring the project stays within the allocated costs and timeframes.
- Ensure proper housekeeping on-site and monitor the condition of tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or similar role in civil and interior construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including civil and interior work.
- Experience in coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or supervision (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
