**Sales support specialist**
- Technical understanding of products sold by the company
- Assisting sales team (field force) by preparing quotations and sending to customers;
- Timely response to enquiries from customers including technical queries, and sharing best prices in consultation with sales head
- Handling direct enquiries from customers and ensuring sale conversion
- Handling material rejections
- Updating SAP-B1 with sales orders, quotations
- Item code/ customer code creation in SAP

**Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 1 year experience in sales support role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good at MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

**Skills (Problem-solving requirements, people skills requirements)**
- Quick grasping of technical products
- Good negotiation skills to handle customers
- Calm ,mature individual able to handle high pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills; must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, go getter attitude with good technical aptitude

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
