**Sales Support Executive**:

**Individual responsibilities**:

- Act as a mediator between the sales team and the property management groups to facilitate smooth accommodation onboarding of the student. Ensuring that all the processes are completed within the stipulated time. Following up with the Sales team for all pending documents.
- Manage a team of 7 to 10 Sales Support Executives.

**Skills required**:

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active Listening skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Objection handling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Suggest and organize team-building activities

**Qualifications**:

- Education level - Graduate
- A minimum of 60% is required in academics
- Experience: 2-4 years
