US SHIFTS 24*7 FLEXIBLE, Mostly Night Shifts / 2 Week Offs

**We do not offer Cab services, You need to commute by yourself in Odd hours when no public transport is available.**

Job Responsibilities: Training Will be Provided:
1. **Driver Coordination**:

- Assign routes to drivers and coordinate their schedules.
- Monitor driver locations and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Ensure drivers comply with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) regulations.
- Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and address any violations promptly.

2. **Temperature Monitoring**:

- Constantly monitor the temperature of refrigerated trailers to meet customer requirements.
- Adjust temperature settings as needed to maintain cargo integrity.

3. **Document Management**:

- Manage and organize shipping documents, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and document submission.

4. **Route Optimization**:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Address route changes due to weather, traffic, or other factors.

5. **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with drivers professionally and helpfully. Drivers are treated with respect.

6. **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to emergencies or unexpected events, such as breakdowns or accidents, and coordinate solutions.
- Arrange roadside assistance for drivers in case of breakdowns.

7. **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the quality and safety of transported goods.
- Address any temperature or cargo-related issues immediately.
- Compliance must adhere to 100%

8. **Truck Maintenance Coordination**:

- Coordinate truck maintenance based on schedule and as needed for up to 10 trucks.
- Diagnose and address vehicle diagnostics issues.

9. **Reporting**:

- Generate reports on driver performance, delivery status, temperature compliance, log certification assurance, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Report any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
