Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing customer support communications, communicating with brands, addressing customer concerns, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
