**About the Job**:
We are looking for a creative and talented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. As a **Customer Service Representative** at KR Immigration Company, you will act as a liason, provide product/services information, answer queries through calls and WhatsApp.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer details and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- FRESHERS are most welcome
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative are also welcome, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
