**Position Overview**

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role includes supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards in alignment with the establishment’s goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Ensure all areas are prepared and set up for service according to standards.
- Address operational issues promptly to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- **Guest Service Excellence**:

- Ensure guests receive exceptional service by monitoring interactions and addressing complaints or concerns.
- Handle special guest requests, dietary needs, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Supervise and support the F&B team, including servers, bartenders, and other staff.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Conduct regular briefings to communicate service goals, updates, and feedback.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assist in stock-taking, ordering, and minimizing waste to control costs.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and report any repair or maintenance needs.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health standards in all F&B areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of workstations, storage, and service areas.
- Train staff on safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor sales and assist in achieving revenue targets by promoting upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and POS systems.
- Assist in controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report on daily operations, guest feedback, and staff performance to F&B Manager or higher management.
- Suggest improvements to menus, service processes, or guest offerings based on feedback and observations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Understanding of food and beverage service standards and trends.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- **Attributes**:

- A guest-centric attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
