**Job Title**: Floor Supervisor
**Location**: Kolkata
**Reports To**: Manager/Director

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operations Management**
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and presentation of the bar and dining areas.
- Monitor and manage stock levels for the floor and bar, including beverages, snacks, and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including opening and closing procedures.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff, including bartenders, servers, and runners.
- Organize staff schedules to maintain efficient coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Address any staff concerns or performance issues, escalating to management as necessary.
- Foster a positive team environment to ensure a high level of staff morale.

**3. Customer Service**
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all patrons.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor service quality, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.

**4. Compliance & Safety**
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the premises.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and company regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly to the management.

**5. Financial Duties**
- Assist in managing cash flow, including cash-ups and daily reconciliations.
- Minimize wastage and control floor and bar-related costs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or pub setting.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with bar operations, including drink preparation, licensing laws, and customer service best practices.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
