Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a knack for managing and motivating a team. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, engaging with members, gathering feedback, and supporting soft sales initiatives. Basic proficiency in Excel and effective communication in English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centre Management: Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
- Team Supervision: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Member Engagement: Engage with members, address their queries, and foster a positive experience. Actively gather and record feedback to continuously improve services.
- Soft Sales: Assist in promoting and upselling services in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
- Feedback Collection: Implement systems to collect member feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Basic Data Management: Utilize Excel to maintain simple records and track performance metrics, including attendance, member feedback, and sales progress.
- Reporting: Ensure that all daily reports, logs, and records are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
