**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production floor personnel to meet daily output targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve process or product issues.
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Proactively address and troubleshoot production challenges as they arise.
- Enforce company policies and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly line supervision.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, soldering standards, and ESD protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
