A Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and managing the stewarding team. They also play a role in waste disposal, inventory management, and ensuring the kitchen environment is safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Supervision**: Supervising dishwashers, general cleaners, and other stewarding staff.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- **Hygiene Standards**: Ensuring compliance with local health and sanitation codes and standards.
- **Safety**: Monitoring safety of staff and ensuring work safety practices are followed.
- **Inventory Management**: Managing inventory of kitchenware, dishware, and other supplies.
- **Staff Management**: Assigning duties, training new stewards, and evaluating performance.
- **Waste Disposal**: Ensuring proper garbage sorting and removal.
- **Collaboration**: Working with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure smooth operations.
- **Other Duties**: Assisting with equipment inventory, attending meetings, and reporting emergencies.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
