**Job Title**: F&B Service Supervisor

**Location**: Au Revoir Wellness Resort, Malampuzha, Palakkad
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in F&B Service
**Reporting To**: F&B Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily F&B operations in restaurant, room service, and banquet areas.
- Ensure excellent guest service by monitoring staff performance and providing training as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards as per resort policies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when required.
- Support the F&B Manager in team scheduling, reporting, and department goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in F&B Service, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the food & beverage sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest interactions with a service-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
