**Job Summary**:
The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the service standards of the hotel/restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests courteously and escort them to tables.
- Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set up before and after service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- Upsell food & beverage items to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
