F&b Service and Production Faculty

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated F&B Service and Production Faculty member to join our prestigious Hotel Management Course at IHME EDUCITY. As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of aspiring professionals in the food and beverage industry by providing them with comprehensive training and knowledge in F&B service and production.

**Responsibilities**:
Instruction and Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions on F&B service and production for students enrolled in the Hotel Management Course.
- Create and deliver well-structured lessons, lectures, and practical demonstrations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including case studies, role-playing, and hands-on activities, to facilitate student understanding and engagement.

Curriculum Development
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to review and update the F&B service and production modules of the Hotel Management Course.
- Incorporate industry trends, innovations, and best practices into the curriculum to ensure students receive relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
- Continuously enhance and refine course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, to improve learning outcomes.

Practical Training
- Organize and supervise practical training sessions, including kitchen and service simulations, to provide students with hands-on experience in F&B service and production.
- Guide and mentor students during practical exercises, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Assess and evaluate students' practical skills, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development.

Student Support
- Provide academic and career guidance to students, offering assistance in their overall development as hospitality professionals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and participation.
- Offer individualized support and mentorship to students, addressing their academic concerns and providing guidance on career paths within the F&B industry.

Industry Engagement
- Maintain strong connections with industry professionals, staying informed about current trends, practices, and emerging technologies in F&B service and production.
- Facilitate industry partnerships, guest lectures, and site visits to expose students to real-world experiences and foster networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on F&B service and production.
- Proven track record of teaching or training in the hospitality field, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service techniques, menu planning, food costing, kitchen operations, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in the field of hotel management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
