- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in purchasing food, beverages, and other supplies necessary for daily operations._
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products._
- Help manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks._
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner._
- Assist in seating guests and presenting menus._
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently._
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously._
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area._
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory solutions._
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery._
- Process guest payments and handle transactions responsibly._
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, specials, and promotions._
- Uphold company standards for food safety and hygiene._
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions as needed._
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager._
- **Qualifications**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent._
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment._
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction._
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn._
- Basic math skills for handling transactions._
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays._
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus but not required._
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is advantageous._

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
