**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly.
- Provide information about products/services and address customer needs.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [required languages].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or sales support role.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- **Working Hours**: Mon-Fri, 10 am to 6:30pm

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
