Job Title: Calling Executive

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, build strong relationships with clients/customers, and support our sales and service activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to achieve call targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

· Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly.

· Provide information about products/services and address customer needs.

· Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

· Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information.

· Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

· Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.

Requirements:

· Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

· Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).

· Excellent verbal communication skills in (required languages).

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

· Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner.

Preferred Skills:

· Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or sales support role.

· Multilingual abilities.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

· Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10 am to 6:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
