Urgent hiring Call Centre Executive for reputed multispecialty hospital at Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To provide accurate information to all Patient callers & resolve queries raised during the calls.
Attending all incoming calls received on Hospital helpline number.
Handling inquiries from all current & new channels that may be used by the Hospital for business generation.
Would be responsible for the closure of caller requests. Needs to coordinate with the consultants/ HODs/ Floor Managers etc.till a proper resolution is arrived at.
Record management: Call Registration in software and Maintain Call Reports etc.
Salary : Rs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000/-(Subject to Qualification, Experience & Current CTC).
Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call Centre Executive with Multispeciality Hospital: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Marathi fluently (preferred)
- English & Hindi fluently (preferred)
