**Profile Introduction**:
As a Call Centre Executive, you will be a crucial part of our customer service team, responsible for managing and handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions and maintaining a positive and professional interaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
- Providing information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with a clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
