**Urgent Requirement for "Client Servicing Executive " for Mantrin.**

**Position
- **Client Servicing Executive

**Location**:

- Chandigarh

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with the client and getting their creative and branding requirements sorted.
- Preparation of campaigns and internal management with IT team, creative team and content team.
- Management of shoots and events of clients and at the office as well.
- Monthly preparation of reports and submission of client tasks and jobs in the process.
- To work closely with 3rd party suppliers and service providers for project delivery.
- To work closely with the Finance department to manage clients’ financial dealings with the company (PO, invoices, contracts, etc.) resources and ensure delivery of the project.
- To work closely with internal departments like Sales/Account, Creative, PR, Digital, etc. for project.

**Skill**:

- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Presentation Marketing strategy, a client presentation

**Qualification**:
Master’s degree in Mass communication Or Master of Business Administration
