As a Client Service Executive, you will be assisting in managing client relationships within the brand communications and advertising sector. Your role will involve supporting project coordination, helping to ensure client satisfaction, and acting as a communication link between clients and internal teams. This is an entry-level position, offering a great opportunity to learn about communication strategies, campaign execution, and client account management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by supporting day-to-day communication and handling queries.
- **Campaign Support & Strategy**: Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Project Coordination**: Help coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, production) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- **Budget Assistance**: Support in managing budgets and invoicing for client accounts while learning about financial management in a project context.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports to share key metrics and insights with clients.
- **Problem Solving**: Work with your team to address client concerns or project challenges and contribute to finding solutions.

This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in client management, communication strategies, and project execution, helping you develop skills for a career in brand communications and advertising.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
