The Client Servicing Executive is the **primary point of contact** for clients, orchestrating communication and campaign delivery across internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction while driving campaign effectiveness and agency-client partnership growth

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the **main liaison** between client and agency—intake briefs, provide updates, manage feedback, and foster trust
- **Translate client objectives** into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, production, and digital teams
- **Coordinate campaign delivery**—manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and billing FounditInfinity Advertising Network.
- **Monitor performance and reporting**—track campaign outcomes, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support new business pitches
- Maintain transparency—prepare presentations, proposals, and communicate strategy clearly
- Stay current with **industry trends and media landscape**, particularly digital and ATL channels

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- **1-5 years** of hands-on experience in **client servicing/account management** within an advertising or marketing agency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
