This is not a sales role - it focuses on **relationship management, scheduling meetings (Zoom/virtual), and maintaining client engagement**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and client consultations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.
- Manage CRM tools and keep client interaction records updated.
- Provide a high level of client service and professional communication.
- **Prior experience in international BPO or client-facing roles is essential.**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and well-presented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Highly organized and proactive with follow-ups and client coordination.

**Salary & Benefits**

**Work Schedule**
- **Monday to Friday**: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
