**Client Service Executive**

**Salary: Competitive, Previous Salary + ₹1000 (Negotiable)**

Join a dynamic marketing company based in Chandigarh, specializing in creative, IT, and marketing communication solutions. As a **Client Service Executive**, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and liaise with internal teams to ensure their requirements are met.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
- Prepare reports and updates on client accounts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a client service or similar role.
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
