Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the proprietor’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and records.
- Support with project coordination and track key business initiatives.
- Plan and manage events, product launches, and business meetings.
- Conduct research to support the proprietor’s decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,618.18 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
