Job Profile: Logistics Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients (shippers) in the USA market.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the logistics needs of potential clients and market trends in the USA.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to clients' logistics needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of service and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
- Customer Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

- Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in a sales role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the USA logistics market and its dynamics.
- Client Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to cover different time zones and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.
