We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by providing competitive rates and gathering shipment details from inbound leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics requirements, and delivering customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure mutually advantageous agreements.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track your own sales performance, and provide valuable feedback to management.
- Customer Support: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless handling of shipments and effectively address any client concerns or issues.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics sales or a related field.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry is a plus.
