**Job Title**: Senior Executive - Assistant Manager
- Logistics
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales or business development.
2. Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding industry (or willingness to learn).
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Goals:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Expand client base and increase revenue.
3. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
