**Position: Sales Executive**

- Contact customers via calls to discover their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals
- Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of sales functions and processes.
- Work with business strategies and recognise potential opportunities Negotiate room rates / packages with corporate and Travel Trade clients and B2C Maximize all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched targets and managing sales & cash flow in a result-focused environment.
- Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.
- Resolving agent and customer conflicts.
- Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Constantly liaising with other departments & Resorts for smooth functioning.
- Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.
- Training, motivating and coaching small teams of sales executives (if the position is with subordinates).
- Plan and attend Sales events, trade shows and exhibitions.
- Report on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis calls made, list of business leads, business generated etc.
**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
