**About Cash Mauj**:
Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where you can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services, gift cards and many more with multiple brands. We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identifying the hiring needs and executing recruitment process
- Conducting engagement activities
- Work with HR Manager & recruitment team
- Live recruitment and staffing assignments
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and final feedback
- Preliminary rounds, docs collection and facilitation of further rounds

**Education**:

- Graduate or pursuing College/University or recent graduates but having relevant skills.
- MBA mandatory
- Excellent communications skills over English, Hindi and regional languages
