the SS Consultants and designer is looking for mechanical foremen for site.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**: Oversee the mechanical erection activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project timelines.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with other foremen, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

**Safety Compliance**: Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets project specifications and industry standards.

**Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the erection process, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work progress, site activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: A Mechanical Foreman should have significant experience in mechanical construction, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

**Technical Knowledge**: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction processes.

**Leadership Skills**: Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.

**Safety Focus**: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.

**Organizational Skills**: Effective organizational skills to manage resources, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
