Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to manage all finishing activities at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that the finishing phase of projects is executed with precision, meets quality and design standards, and is completed on schedule. This role demands a deep understanding of civil engineering principles combined with an eye for interior detailing and finishing excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

v Supervise and manage on-site finishing works: tiling, painting, plastering, false ceilings, carpentry, joinery, glazing etc.

v Review civil and architectural drawings to ensure finishing execution aligns with project design intent.

v Monitor day-to-day progress of finishing activities to ensure timely project delivery.

v Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.

v Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of works.

v Ensure proper use of finishing materials and adherence to installation techniques.

v Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or rework.

v Prepare monthly and daily basis progress report.

v Prepare and manage snag lists, ensure de-snagging, and participate in project handover procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

v 10+ years of hands-on experience in finishing works within the real estate or construction industry.

v Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

v Proficient in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and interior design drawings.

v Strong technical knowledge of materials, installation procedures and finishing standards.

v Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
