**Responsibilities**:As a Civil Foreman at Aturia Construction Pvt. Ltd., you will be a pivotal member of our project team, responsible for supervising and overseeing all civil works on our construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of skilled and unskilled laborers, ensuring that all civil works are carried out efficiently and safely.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, specifications, and construction plans to deliver projects of the highest quality.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination of construction activities.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members on-site.
- **Progress Tracking**: Regularly track and report the progress of construction activities, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective measures.
- **Resource Management**: Manage construction resources including materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing their usage for maximum efficiency.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and address construction challenges, providing practical solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of daily activities, work completed, and materials used.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Graduation degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at using construction tools, equipment, and technology.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
