Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Foreman role located in Noida. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing construction crews, overseeing the use and maintenance of heavy equipment, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met, and monitoring adherence to design specifications. The Civil Foreman is expected to address any issues that arise on-site and maintain accurate project records.

• Supervisory skills to effectively manage construction crews and oversee daily operations.
• Experience working with heavy equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance on-site.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques for efficient project execution.
• Experience in conducting routine maintenance and ensuring the durability of structures and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
