Finishing Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all finishing activities on the construction site.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Work closely with the project manager and other members of the construction team.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team.
- Monitor progress and performance of finishing activities.
- Ensure all finishing work meets client expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role.
- Strong background in construction, with a focus on finishing work.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
