**Roles & Responsibilities -**

1. Assist in coordinating with the sales team to understand client needs and facilitate smooth communication between the company and its B2B clients.

2. Assist in the day-to-day activities of B2B operations, including order processing, inventory management, and payment recovery and customer service tasks.

3. Aid in maintaining positive relationships with B2B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met on time.

4. Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Gain understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to B2B clients.

6. Work closely with various departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to coordinate efforts and achieve B2B objectives.

7. Basic understanding of MS Excel will be an added advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel would be advantageous.
- Strong self-motivation
- Good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
