Urgent Hiring for **B2B Sales Executive**
**Location**: Marol, East, Mumbai

**Work Days**: 6 days/week (flexibility to work on weekends if needed)

**Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients, focusing on business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and actively seek client references.
**2. Sales Execution**:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and concerns, building trust through active listening.
- Present the companies programs effectively, emphasizing the value and ROI for their businesses.
- Convert leads into program registrations by addressing client objections and creating urgency.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
**3. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during and after program enrollment.
**4. Reporting and Collaboration**:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and leadership to share insights and strategies for improvement.
**5. Travel and Event Participation**:
- Travel within Mumbai to meet clients and occasionally to other cities like Pune or Hyderabad for program events.
- Represent the company during 5-day programs or other events (held once every 2-3 months).
**Expected Outcomes**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with at least 75% of leads converting into program registrations.
- **Enhanced Lead Conversion**:
- Successfully convert 30%-40% of qualified leads from the pipeline into high-value program participants.
- **Client Satisfaction**:
- Foster trust and rapport with clients, achieving a 90%+ satisfaction rate and generating referrals.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Contribute actionable insights to optimize the sales process, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Revenue Growth**:
- Play a critical role in driving revenue by ensuring consistent enrollment in premium programs.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the **service industry** (hospitality, banking, or events preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (balance sheets, cash flow, journal entries).
- Exceptional communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is not mandatory).
- Proven ability to build relationships and close high-value sales.
- Confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to actively listen and connect with clients.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
