**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and track client orders and ensure timely response to all client communications.
- Prepare Lorry Receipts (LR) for shipments.
- Share vehicle and LR details with the client accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain manifests for shipments.
- Generate hire challans in case of market vehicles.
- Share daily tracking reports for dispatched vehicles with clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations team/Transporter to follow up for Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Prepare and process client bills upon receipt of PODs.
- Upload approved bills accurately on the client’s portal.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Maintain a Excel tracker documenting all client-related activities and updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
