**CRM Strategy and Implementation**:

- Customer Feedback Mechanism (Proactive and Reactive)
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Customize CRM platforms to meet business needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure CRM systems are functioning optimally.

**Data Management and Analysis**:

- Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and customer metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.

**Customer Segmentation and Targeting**
- Check Customer churn rate and Onboarding
- Develop targeted strategies for different customer segments to drive engagement and sales.
- Customer satisfaction Review and practice periodical activities
- Client data mapping, mediator between client and org

**Skills Required**:

- Report generation and weekly report
- customer mapping
- Cross sell and up sell
- Develop and manage onboarding process, client portfolio
- One should have skill of combination of key account manager and customer success

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
