**Role: Customer Relationship Manager/Executive (Service/Sales)**

**Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Experience: Fresher - 5 Years**

**Notice: Immediate Joiners/Within 15 Days**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Act as part of the Customer Response/Resolution Team to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions within the defined timelines.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Guide customers on using self-service platforms such as apps or websites.
- Monitor and respond to queries from e-channels in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve processes and drive efficiency.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
