aGenie Bazaar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer relationship management Representative to join our team. As an Customer relationship Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the logistics industry. Your primary focus will be on prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers in the logistics sector.

Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective communication and product/service presentations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Knowledge of logistics operations and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
