Urgently required Relationship Officer/Manager for Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales for one of leading Financial Firm based in Mumbai.

**Duties and Responsibilities:

- **
- Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
- Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
- Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
- Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
- Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
- Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
- Thorough understanding of Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills

**Qualification:

- **MBA-Finance/Marketing

**Experience:

- **1yrs to 3yrs

Freshers welcome

**Location:

- ** Borivali/ Kandivali / Goregaon / Santacruz / Charni Road / Vidya Vihar / Thane / Kalyan / Vashi
