**Job Title**: Relationship Officer

**Experience**: 1 to 2 Years

**Location**: Chembur Branch, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Schedule and follow up on appointments with Corporates, Fund Houses, Banks, and NBFCs.

2. Coordinate with clients for timely collection of required documents and information.

3. Act as a liaison between the Management, Marketing, and Execution Teams to source and share relevant data and documentation.

4. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to client interactions, document status, and submission timelines.

5. Build and manage a comprehensive database of Corporates and maintain it for internal use.

6. Ensure accurate and timely sharing of updates and reports with the Management and Marketing Teams.

7. Assist in improving client servicing and internal coordination processes.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a client servicing or coordination role, preferably in financial services or banking.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

4. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

6. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

7. Knowledge of the financial industry and institutional clients is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
